imo, Peter publicly overstating the cash position by nearly a third (5/15.5 ~ 32.3%) could be ... "awkward".

indeed: if he wasn't just fudging numbers or handling outdated information from Kevin, does this mean they got a $5MM cash injection?

(i.e., first NRE revenue downpayment made by the customer on Oct 1st?)

it wasn't warrants or options -- we have that current info as at Nov. 10th.

so yes, it has to be something else.
