I work with weather forecasts all day at work and I can verify that generally, they suck.
I don't believe that computers are strong enough today to compute the multitudes of inputs the models use to compute the daily forecasts, not unlike our prognostications on this forum.
Quantum computers will change that dramatically, I believe, because weather is not always a yes or no, one or zero outcome, there are several degrees of uncertainty.
Neither is POET; too many things have to come together for our wildest dreams to come true. There will be mis-steps along the way, there will be competitors that try to take away our lunch.
Nevertheless, we have the best people leading us, I believe, and the end result will likely be in one of the higher percentiles of desired outcomes.
