Frankly speaking, I would not worry at all about this issue.

If the plan of POET works out as I, we and they expect, POET will be listed on every major exchange in the world. At the moment it is listed in CA, US, CH and D, (please add if this list is incomplete! ) - but this is just the start. So why shouldn't they keep a listing in Kanada? For a muliti-B USD company these listing fees are pocket money...
