Eileen, in the big picture it amounts to more than one reason "at this time", try about in the neighbourhood of multiple of billions of rea$ons. The rea$ons that get you out of bed in the morning to check the share price. Obviously PTK has to bone up to the Sept. 30 CC statement as defined by Peter Copetti:

"We believe we would meet the requirements necessary to apply for a fullfledged NASDAQ listing today if we decided it is most beneficial for the company and its shareholders to do so, subject to meeting minimum share price requirements. We intend to keep you appraised on developments in this regard."
