Well Eileen, it's kind of personal but my wife said not getting near it until PTK is onto the Nasdaq. How will PTK reach the Nasdaq anytime soon with the SP floundering? A further blow last two days with PainTree and Shorters attached to us like tumours sucking the life out of us. I guess the cat and I will become much closer at night for the interim as the Sept. 30 CC statement defined by Peter Copetti:

"We believe we would meet the requirements necessary to apply for a fullfledged NASDAQ listing today if we decided it is most beneficial for the company and its shareholders to do so, subject to meeting minimum share price requirements. We intend to keep you appraised on developments in this regard."
