I don't think BAE would have to let the cat out of the bag if they chose not to.

being a top-10 defense contractor, it's not unthinkable for them to just wave the "national security" flag and opt out.

we do know the BAE master contract with PTK runs for another eight years.

as for direct POET involvement in the IDT stuff, not enough info.

ask again after January conf call.
