Is not from the roadshow pitches... Come on. It's typical retail buying from people like you and me trying to get out ahead of when the institutions decide to buy. Look at the Poetf volume and use your noggin. Also institutions don't start buying as soon as the pitch has been completed. They will do their own analysis and decide if this is a good entry into the market. Look for the biggest volume you have seen on Poetf, then you will know when the institutions are taking a position....
