How many chaps are there out there today sitting in a room being briefed about POET and holding their breath I wonder?

Surely they are going to get this, get the message and realise the magnitude and scale of what's being unfolded before them. Surely, would not some listening be thinking, they need to contact their brokers,before writing their recommend briefs to their companies to get into the action early at these low prices.

Honestly, just how much DD does one need to do when one considers the qualtity of the guys in front of you. their credentials, the years of experience at the highest levels in the IC fabrication business, and here they are, speaking to you of advantages equal to a factor of ten times in terms of power, speed, energy saving, form and build costs that replaces or is compatible with current silcon.

They get their calculators out; make a guestimate of the number of data centres, times their guestimate for the average number of processors per centre,multiplied by a factor for growth of the market and new centres, times the potential margin, they hit calculate and the figures will have them running for the door to make that call. Oh and POET is the only company offering this!!!

Yest they'll go through the drills, do their DD in due course yes but surely so much of this is now a no-brainer in terms of opportunity and advantage over curent technolgy, a new disruptive technolgy a paradign shift.

Am I alone in thinking that we are going to see some resultt, not soon but very soon. Just wait until they tell their mates - is this going to go viral? is this the start of a period of mania? or is this just the result of my wild imagination and losing any sence of reality - I think not!

This is big - we are going to need another boat.
