How the Road show works

I've read some stuff on here about how some think the road show will work and where it will take place. Not sure what shape these will take but my understanding is that they will visit each city and have prearranged seperate sessions with each party. They may visit 5 or 6 entities in a day. They will not likely be group sessions. The entities will not know who POET will be meeting with. Is this how it will go?
