Buying Anadigics was mentioned occasionally in different posts and when the roadshow was made public, it came into my mind again, too.

Tannersfriend said something like: When planning a roadshow, you first have to decide what intention the roadshow should have. I think in this case it´s vice versa: They first had an intention and choosed the roadshow as the best possibility to make it come true.

If they really want to raise funds to buy Anadigics (or another one that is bigger than Poet itself), it´s a heavy deal and I don´t know what that means for Poet´s future and its share price. It´s not that easy to handle. But I can´t forget Ajit saying "production ist my DNA". This would be the shortest way to production. So it would make sense.

All in all I would like to hear something like that.
