It's a good point to raise. However, I don't see it as a problem. Firstly, insider buys are not the red flag of insider sells. Secondly, a CEO, if he was part of an efficient team, would have "good news" coming to him on a fairly regular basis. If he couldn't buy on the open market because of a pending event of "good news", he could never buy on the open market. A news event after the road show would be a non-event from a Securities regulator's point of view. It would be a great event for us, however. Just speculation on my part but I think management could release news at any time and would not get caught with their pants down.

Not predicting anything here... no crack pipe. Slow (just not too slow) and steady is fine with me. Anything more... is just another case of Dom Perignon.
