We'll find out the next financial report how much money they have sunk into the SJ lab; for sure there will be equipment costs (one-time), maintenance (reoccurring), etc.

Someone here has said they are working back there now, so I would think some of the one-time costs have aleady occurred and were accounted for in the 8 quarter estimated burn rate?
