I think you are in th right ballpark. I would also expect to see a "speculative " risk rating. that is unless initiating reports come out after the next conference call in January and there are significant advancements in terms of testing and validating performance released.

Before everyone gets their knickers in a twist over the idea of a "Speculative " rating, this would be entirely normal to see on a development company such as POET.
