Man, I know what you mean. My position is better as I came later at cheaper prices. But I´m pretty red, too and not able to lower my average price for the same reason: No investment budget left. Believe me, I´d love to buy more.

This separates the little boys (like me) from the big ones. Sit and wait instead of being able to react.

On the other hand: There will always be one that bought cheaper, unless Poet gives us shares for free. If these insider buyings mean to you that we´re at the bottom and if you think of actual SP as the ultimate last buying chance, this is much more thrilling than frustrating. It means our red may turn to green. Bright and shiny green with a frame of pure gold someday. I try not to care about the others but it doesn´t always work, I have to admit.

What goosed2 said is dead true. It´s risky for all of us. AM can´t knock at GlobalFoundry´s door tomorrow and say "Sorry guys, I made a mistake when leaving. Give me back my old job.". But I believe all of us will be rewarded, management and shareholders.
