It is my understanding that the 2 epitaxial wafer manufactures are a seperate arrangement besides the VCSEL fabrication arrangemnt with Anadigics.

So who are the "Premier Manufactures of Epitaxial Wafers".......( Try a Google search...it may suprise you) and also "The inital results are in and we expect to complete the first phase of the transfer over the next month.

The VCSEl is entirely a seperate issue ..............IMHO
