Mack is correct in his assessment.

I would add that until the interest of institutional investors is aroused by POET'S offer, SP movement will continue to perform much as we have seen over the past years.

In this forum we have gained insight and confidence from the technical progress that in August resulted in the agreement with Anadigics, leading to the moment, to my mind, when POET will emerge as an actual product and confounding it's critics who have doubted production follow lab to fab

Our Board of Directors have approved a new approach to implement this 'disruptive technology' as our Co Chairman describes it. Given our executive team's proven experience AM and SV are amongst the most qualified persons available to fully understand what disruption means who are also uniquely qualified to deliver that disruption by implementing the new plan.

What we are promised on Wednesday 30th September 2015 is an explanation of that plan, nothing more.

My hope is that alongside the operational plan to deliver the product is the long promised monetisation plan which, given the unforseeable actions leading to the pressure on SP, now has a window of opportunity to be launched to stir the interest of institutional investors and a run to the NASDAQ.

I will be entirely satisfied with an explanation of the operational plan on Wednesday, my only question would be -

Given the operational incentive, can the impetus created be used to attract institutinal investors and accelerate the drive to a NASDAQ listing?
