The warrants are almost all exercised.. You're a little late to the sell off party. Something crazy like 47 million shares traded in 6 weeks, and there was approximately 1 million shares on the bid down to $0.70 today.

I feel the impatient people have already left the party, which has provided us a new base of fresh shareholders. With Wafer agreements being negotiated I do feel that there is some extreme bright light at the end of the tunnel.

We wouldn't need a wafer agreement if we are simply a R&D company, depending on the profit margins of Royalties vs Propietary Manufacturing (I hope that's the correct term) I would be happy to delay revenue to be a bahemoth of a company.
