As I said, 3 business days to settle the trade from a sale, plus another 2-3 business days for Poet to process option/warrant paperwork=overhang done today.

He hasn't left it all to the last minute. He's had one year to work through those 3 million options.

The nature of the trading has changed dramatically since September 11th. The volume has dropped considerably and there have only been two red days since then. That's another indication the overhang is done.
