I doubt just the current admin could be accused of holding the entire bag; at least the last 3 presidents have had a strong hand in the matter....that's 24 years worth.

Without getting into the politics of the issue, which are troubling to say the least, quantum computing is certainly going to play a large part in the future of computing security the world over.

I do believe POET will play a part in this development.

Technological progress has merely provided us with more efficient means for going backwards.
