Thanks Tamaraw, regs state that they may, with sufficient notice, disclose material information if adequate time has elapsed between announcement of the cc and the call itself. I believe, in this case, the company has satisfied that requirement.

It is possible the company doesn't want to give us time to think of tough questions; anonounce the news during the cc and then field questions that immediately come to mind, thereby extending stealth to a certain degree.

On the other hand, I don't know if a time limit has been set on the Q&A so they may be very accommodating.

Amongst us, and others, hopefully we will get all the information we need.
