From Aug 12 to Sep 11 there were 40,717,061 shares traded on ATS (28M on TSX-V)
(Bad news is 41M shares were sold... GOOD news is that 41M shares were bought)

In the same period of time, 5,179,387 warrants were exersized. Good news. Money for the coffers.

Total share count went from 185,822,928 to 191,002,315 a dilution of 2.79% (OK by me)

Shares went from 1.08 to .77 which I don't understand!

IMHO

There is a lot of interest in POET. I believe in Management and their expertise

I understand the technology and think that we will all be rich... in the future

I just can't wait for Sep 30 CC. I think that we might get some news before that
