Crzyhors: 10/Sep/2015 191,002,315 issuance of 325,000 shares t/o (TMX Equity)

TMX is wrong again in the description field of their entry. The share count went up by 625,000, not by 325,000. The correct numbers you can find in my spreadsheet.
