I was thinking the same thing. Poet could possibly offer an all share takeover(say 1 poet sh for 2 adan sh's) and have all of the tech people they would need for now, and instant Nas listing at the same time.

This would also keep Poets IP in house and give them more options for additional revenues, and still have options to partner with other companys for a 5 or 10 percent stake in Poet.

It would be a little more sh dilution, but also clear some hurdles going forward. Just a thought also.
