Disruptive technology, ECC event Apr/2014, bottom left to top right. CIC video Feb/2015. Amazing amount of paper was issued to put the company in good standing.

A lot would be said, IF present management/BoD put some of their own money in by BUYING shares in the secondary market, instead of just issuing new options.
