If that were the case (could very well be), it sure backfired on them!

Gilver, I think FJ caught what I was trying to say, I was implying if Poet knew Pinetree was going to sell their shares, arrangements could have been made to sell them by PC to a certain strategic investor/partner. If this happened, say at $1.75, we could have done a finance deal and takeout ANAD if we wanted to go that route.

Either way, in Management we trust :)
