Rexryan: Rainer have you recieved legal cleareance from POET and the Conference organizers that this type of material can be distrubuted for profit. I just want to ensure we have our legal bases covered and I may consider purchasing it.

As long as I am distributing my own material (i.e. the text I'm going to write) and not someone else's, this won't pose any problem. This is standard procedure. Journalists are doing that all the time (and are being payed for doing so). The conference is no secret circle where you have to sign an NDA if you want to participate, but an event aiming at information dissemination.
