Perhaps to resolve the many issues such as what is occurring yet again....the voting should be left up to hub leaders that way there wouldn't be such apparent manipulation?

Just a thought...not trying to increase hub leaders work load, they have a lot of work to do already which is more than enough for unpaid positions.
