Not quite OC. "Entered" means that someone has received your communication, figured out where it goes, and sent it there, i.e., "entered it on the record". Once the examiner's pending pile reaches your file, the communication will be evaluated for its merits and the case will proceed accordingly (e.g., final rejection, amendment accepted and entered, suspension, etc).
