Fruit Elevation Discussion

Something I don't think we have seen (at least all in one post) as yet on the forum is a discussion of the different "hanging fruit" elevations are in terms of type and what the dollar value may be of that market or vertical. Maybe a thrown in opinion or two on what market share percentages could be obtained would be fun as well.
