This is a different company.

  • Company A is manufacturing the GaAs wafers.
  • Company B brings the epitaxial stack onto the wafers.
  • Company C manufactures chips out of these wafers.


Wouldn't Anadigics be a B & C type though? Or you think they export their epi IP?
