Robert, these are very meaningful thoughts.
We should not be fooled by the number of daily traded shares, as all this back and forward flipping is generating a lot of volume. And we should not believe that anon is one house. It is just a house not telling its name, right?
So SI is selling by anon, then buying back with another house, then selling these shares again by anon?
Nice game. And it seems to be legal. I guess SI has a history of legal and semi-legal manipulation at the TSX. He knows PTK from the core and he is believing in this tremendous opportunity. He is following "his" business. And possibly he is even helping PTK - in the long run.
Finally we soon will know, when SI will be again reporting insider when he collected >10% of the issued shares. Let us keep an eye on this.
One comment, my ideas to the change in strategy of PTK:
I do not think it is a 180 degree turn. Still NRE and licensing model is a major objective. The new approach is that S&S realized that one of the low hanging fruits will give the best return by direct harvesting! Why not taking place on one of these tables to eat lunch themselves? Why selling just a license when it is about the core IP of a product? In times of foundry 2.0 it is not that difficult to produce:
Buy, if needed, some additional IP, get the supply of wafers in line and a foundry doing the hardware production...
You can sell the idea how to harvest an apple, or you pay someone to harvest your apple. Not difficult to understand that it is nearly the same, but there is a significant difference in profit, and also in market recognition!
By the way - also other verticals (like space and military) will demand alternative approaches. Mr Warrior will give us valuable inputs... We have a great team of bright minds there!
