Most financial institutions that you are using, I'm using Disnat (Desjardins) by example report the volume traded throught the TSX-V
What you have to know, is that there are other trading platform that also used, such as ATS, which is a competitor of the TSX trading platform.
To know the whole volume traded may I suggest that you use STockwatch
