I was browsing some of the Anadigics material (and again apologies if this has been posted already) but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are the first to try 6" wafers for VCSEL production.

Notice that for the Optical Clock, they describe a chip package. Imagine what PEOT could do for a company that designs the whole package to function on a single chip.
