A contract with A - Anadigics - has been disclosed - so what specifically are you suggesting?

The idea that perhaps there is an MOU in the background along the lines of "If you can get me soem prototypes that have these performance characteristics, then I will agree to purchase parts" is very real and should not be discounted.
