I was enoying a glass of red and pondering over the MD+A when this part jumped out at me.

Not sure why I did not pick up on this before, probably because there is so much exciting detail in the entire document.

The part I am refering to is :-

"The Company is engaged in discussions with multiple companies as it finalizes its choice of foundry and epitaxial wafer partners and has recently signed memorandums of understanding with some of these companies and expects to continue this process."

So this tells us, front and center, that POET has multiple potential foundry partners to choose from. With a very credible team comprising of Suresh, Subhash and Ajit banging the disruptive technology battle drums, I'd be very confident that these foundries will be putting their best proposal forward to team up with POET.

"Around the end of September" update / news should be very enlightening and exciting.
