The thought occurs to me that whoever has been soaking up (presumably) PNP shares have been doing it a lot cheaper on the open market than had they done some sort of deal with PNP directly.

These people are in the know, someone told them that PNP was in trouble and would be dumping this month...all they had to do was wait.

Makes the most sense to me, since it's all about money.
