I think you had better re consider the Company's last statement on its development plans and explain why you think they use terms in the MS&A such as:

• successfully produced numerous distinct devices using the POET process ...
• The contractual effort will accelerate the 'Lab to Fab' transition...
• With immediate view to commercialisation...
• aggressive lab to fab transition..
• the POET wafer used for the IR devices were fabricated within an independent foundry, BAE Systems (repeat 'were fabricated')

amounts to the overly pessimistic interpretation you give in your post, which takes no account of the Fab2 theory expounded by our co chairman to accelerate production from design to manufacturing and underestimated the talent and abilities of a very talented COO and CEO and Co Chariman from the top of the IC manufacturing business.

Yes please lets be real but don't ignore the information the company has placed before you which is far more optomistic that your down beat view. I don't think they are suger coating anything and are to be believed. Your view does not convince me.
