Message: Is it true?

The Yao CV achievements date from February. It was indicated by the company, sometime after that, that the Lab to Fab transition to BAE was required because of its more precise toolset. Given 50nm was acieved using the blunt lab tools I think we can safely say 40nm was achieved in the fab where all POET devices have been validated.
