Case study - no overhang

For a taste of what can happen to a former Pinetree owned stock once they are out, take a look at KEK.V recently. I have no interest in that stock, but have found it interesting to watch this year, as Pinetree sold off most of their position in it and crashed it. Now with a licensing and equity deal in place, and with no Pinetree overhang, it has skyrocketed.
