Maybe by the time the September news is out the co-chair role will be eliminated and Ajit will be full chair? Co-chairs never really work except during a transition. The only word we have heard regarding NASDQ listing recently was CC's comment regarding the submission being to assist with NASDAQ. Given where the price is today absent a big price rise driven by contracts with a "name" company and associated revenues unlikely we will see a NASDAQ listing soon. If so what purpose does PC serve as co-chair today? He as he has done an excellent job on the finance and as he stated in his own words has accomplished what he is capable of doing (only task remaining is NASDAQ) by replacing himself as CEO and co-chair. Given that he was targeting a June listing most of the NASDAQ listing work (other than price level driven by contracts and revenue) has probably already been done. If they are going to do a NASDAQ listing they could centralize the TO office in SJ and eliminate the overhead.
