If I recall correctly, the number for the BoD was increased to 10 at the AGM.

With the departure of Dr. Taylor and Sheldon, both Canadians, are we left with 3 Cdns on the now 8 member BoD?

If that number goes back to 10 and the 2 additional members are not Cdn., the 25% minimum will still be met, right?
