Question regarding PP and bonus

Not long ago it was brought up about a possibility of a PP that would enable a bonus of 6 months salary. Is that still a possibility? Or can we expect anything related to that news wise over the next week ? If it was set at an average price over 3 day's trading this week boy would they get a boatload of shares !!! TIA.
