I had been thinking about that, and wondered why the delay in communicating such vision, etc.? It makes no sense, and even the statement by "around the end of September" is indefinite. Why? If it is only a change in direction, vision, objectives etc., that could be communicated at any time, even yesterday, I would think? How long does it take to compose such a news release?

Unless there will be more to the announcement, a deal of some kind, which should be closed by "around the end of September". Just speculating and throwing it out there.
