Well, remember BAE annonced a 45 nm technology.

However, since POET went down to 100 nm in 2014 and later to 40 nm in the same year, a three year testing period would end in 2017 the earliest. So this is not POET.

(Thanks for clarifying the 153,000 options issue! Gave me a good laugh!)
