It is a very legitimate question. POET is a Canadian company and the Canadian government does like to see home grown companies succeed. POET's technology would fit right in with the research that is being done. Gagnon would bring this knowledge to the table.

Just because this question wasn't posted by one of the "more respected" posters on this board - you all go to slamming the question and making fun of it. If the "dot" question was posed by the elite here - you all would be all over it telling that person they are a genious.
