Whether they jump right into the III-V materials or leave that for the future remains to be seen. It seems to me that silicon is going to get some life support from POET.

I do agree that when the III-V materials get rolled out there will be a feeding frenzy for them. Not sure why they would even bother with silicon, but presumably they are trying to ease the market into III-V materials.

The men we have in charge understand this market far better than I and they know what should be done. I trust their judgement and the direction they take us, whatever that may be.
