Assuming they have left over 10 Mio paying them a premiun of 10% would cost us

12 Mio C$ : 300 Poet Shareholder (US/Canadian/European = would cost each of us shareholder

only 4000 C$!

Pinetree could be debt free - an go on if there is any substance left!

I would buy in with 12.000 C$ ! ---> No Joke
