If I had a goal to get my company share price over 4 dollars and I knew one large share holders was going to dump into the market as soon as we had good news, I would hold out as long as I could. Make PNP dump shares until they are out and then come out with the good news so that no one will kill the momentum by dumping millions of shares into the ask.
