You are saying POET should sit them down and find a buyer. What if PNP doesn't want to sell all their shares? What if they are holding out for a higher price?

As FJ mentioned, their debt holders don't care about their stock, they just want their money back in full. They don't make more money if PTK takes off to the moon, but they do lose their 14-15 mil or whatever it is left if PNP goes bankrupt.
