As of June 30, 2015, there are 6,712,387 warrants outstanding to purchase common shares at an average exercise price of $0.35 expiring between July 31, 2015 and September 27, 2015. Should those warrants be exercised, there is a potential for an additional CA $2.3 million to be raised by the Company.

In July, 2,679,900 warrants have been exercised, which leaves around 4 million warrants left to be exercised. I believe the vast majority of those remaining September expiring warrants are with Pinetree. The selling we saw last week may very well have served two Pinetree purposes: paying off their debt and raising money to exercise the warrants.
